Our Designers

Personally selected by me, just for you

Design is like every other form of creative expression – what appeals to one person may not work for someone else. It's a personal choice but, just like with music, movies and even wine, there are some that are so consistently excellent you can never go wrong with them.

I love all the designers below for their originality and their high standards of workmanship. They understand how to make people look and feel great, and that's a wonderful gift.

I'm very proud that Karen Jordan | Style carries the ranges of some of New Zealand's best-known and best-loved designers, as well as excellent lines from further afield.

Whatever your fashion preference – sleek and sophisticated, flirty and feminine or vibrant and daring – you'll find it here, at Karen Jordan | Style.

Paula Ryan

Retro glamour continues to influence Paula's garments with a more restrained palette in her Autumn/Winter 2018 collection.

Tribal looks, mixed stripes and bell sleeves make bold statements. Asymmetric tunics continue to feature, as do wide-legged pants set off with ballet flats. Wide belts and berets complete the look.

We still see shoulders, sheers and lace but they're tempered by the season. Colour-wise, black, white, grey and taupe dominate, with the occasional scarlet or russet bringing fiery accents.

Paula's garments are New Zealand-designed and made from natural fabrics.

Jane Daniels

The refined, simple aesthetic of Japan has inspired Jane's collection this season.

Drawing from Japanese art, ancient calligraphy and traditional costume, her elegant garments feature crossover tops and graceful folds, all beautifully realised in silk, wool and alpaca.

Colours include coral, cherry red and Aizome, the distinctive Japanese indigo blue. Accents in aqua and chalk white are set against charcoal and deep navy.

This stunning collection is about purity of line and form. Beautifully tailored and finished, all Jane's garments are proudly made in New Zealand.

Trelise Cooper

Float into summer with Trelise's flounces, frills and florals in silken spun-sugar colours and embroidered lace.

Wide-leg pants in lime and dusky pink boast secret pleats. Dress hemlines start above the knee, fall fully maxi or dip gracefully from front to back. All romantic, whimsical and very Trelise.

Lifestyle label Cooper boasts bold stripes all the way, with skirts flared from the waist in black and white or searing scarlet, while Curate celebrates summer in tropical citrus tones.

Our clients love this label, so rest assured that we stock Trelise's TC, Cooper and Curate ranges exclusively at Karen Jordan Style.

Caroline Sills

Caroline’s garments are elegant and sophisticated, with a decidedly urban vibe. Her Winter 2018 range takes sportswear to a new, luxe level in black, navy, pearl grey, pink and beige.

Think sequinned bomber jackets, striped boat-necked tops with shirt-bottom hems, and beautifully soft cashmere scarves and ponchos in delicate pastels.

The Depp top is a standout, featuring a soft funnel neck, full length sleeve and easy longline body. It's perfect with Caroline's signature Hepburn pant. Effortless winter style!

The Italians are known for their style and design – who does not love everything Italian?

Diesel denim is arguably the best quality denim in the world and we carry a great range of Diesel pieces. The Winter 2018 range transports us back to the 1990s, with a little bit of grunge and lots of attitude. Black, camel and distressed denim dominate.

Our wonderful best-selling jean, the ‘Fayza’, is the most flattering jean for every woman, no matter what shape or size. Or try on a pair of Diesel's Jogg jeans and you'll be converted. That’s a promise!

Casual, comfortable and completely wearable—Verge garments are all of these and the label's Winter 2018 collection definitely delivers.

The Vault pant has got us excited—a super stretch satin dress pant with a basque that sits flat under any top. Wear it with the soft-textured, collarless Bailey coat for an understated, classic look. Or opt for a softer effect with the gorgeous floral Davinia top.

Verge's Acrobat 7/8 pants continue to be hugely popular. We have a stock service of these at Karen Jordan | Style, so you'll never miss out.
